The Difference our company

Unlike most regional centers offering EB-5 projects for investment, SLC has many decades of success as a real estate investment manager of various asset classes nationwide.

Our value proposition stands above the rest by providing you with:

  • More than 50 years of experience as a real estate advisor and investment manager.

  • Alignment of interest—we co-invest with you, so our money is at risk too.

  • High-yield opportunities with economic returns that compensate you for your risk.

SLC employs a team of professionals to facilitate our selection of eligible investments with a focus on analyzing project viability, job creation, investment security, USCIS compliance, and exit strategy execution. We own a platform of 8 regional centers, or participation in the Immigrant Investor Program, that cover major markets throughout the United States.

And we sponsor both public and private job-creating immigration investment projects by working with major owners and leading developers such as: Macklowe Properties, Land sea Holdings Corporation, Lexington Realty Trust, Urban Atlantic Development, China Overseas America (China Oversea Holding Limited), Forest City, and government agencies such as the District of Columbia Housing Authority.
